Rowing is a Tier 3 varsity sport in Loudoun County. As such, the Stone Bridge Rowing Team does not receive any funding from the Stone Bridge High School Athletic Boosters or Loudoun County. In order for the athletes to participate in rowing, they are required to raise all funding through corporate sponsorships, donations, and other fundraising opportunities

Sponsorship Levels and Benefits

Our rowing team thrives on the support of our community, and we offer a variety of sponsorship levels to give local businesses and individuals the opportunity to contribute to the success of our athletes. Each sponsorship level comes with its own set of benefits, designed to provide visibility for our supporters while helping our team achieve new heights. Here’s a breakdown of the sponsorship tiers:

Traditional Tiered Sponsorship Program - This program offers businesses and individuals different levels of sponsorship, each with increasing benefits.

Donations

  • $25 fills a gas tank to get boats to practice and regattas

  • $50 maintains the grounds at The Beaverdam Reservoir (“The Rez”)

  • $150 replaces a worn sliding seat

  • $250 covers coach boat engine maintenance

  • $300 buys a new sweep oar

  • $500 sponsors an athlete who couldn't otherwise afford to participate

Corporate sponsorship

  • Oar Level ($1,000) – Name on team t-shirt, logo on our website, social media recognition post

  • Shell Level ($2,250) – Logo on team shirts and coaching launch, plus a “shout-out” video created by the students to feature on your social media or website 

  • Boathouse Level ($3,500) – Logo on team boat and trailer, your company banner at regattas

  • Fleet Level ($5,000+) – All of the above plus a feature interview posted on our website and social media, as well as an opportunity to speak at a team event
